Sort out the articles related to "deteriorated case" and "preventing from improper treatment" to explore their theoretical origins and connotations, which will affect the treatment of modern diseases. There are different opinions on the concept of "deteriorated case", such as wrong medication leads to disease, there are too many diseases in the Taiyang and Shaoyang, and there is no disease name available, so it is called "deteriorated case" and so on. However, the research and analysis of the relevant literature of "preventing from improper treatment" is insufficient and the records are scattered. Through the study of traditional Chinese medicine literature and summarizing the famous docters of all generations, it is considered that "deteriorated case" is the abnormal change of the primary disease due to loss of treatment and wrong treatment, and the syndrome is complex. The disease and syndrome without the clinical characteristics of the six meridians is the original meaning. "Preventing from improper treatment" is further developed with the general principles of treatment. Further confirmed that"deteriorated case" and "preventing from improper treatment" are the names and measures of disease and syndrome, and abundantly develop the concept of "prevention of disease". Studying the concept and development of "deteriorated case" and "preventing from improper treatment" and giving examples of the pathogenesis and treatment of clinical chronic urticaria and sleep disorders, promote the development of basic research and clinical standard treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Medicine evil is the human physiological and biochemical dysfunction caused by the processing or improper use of drugs.Steroid-induced Necrosis of the Femoral Head " refers to the pathological process in which high doses of hormones lead to the death of the active components of the femoral head. Drawing upon the principles of the "Medicinal Toxins Theory" and acknowledging the detrimental effects of glucocorticoids on the femoral head, this study delves into the pathogenesis of steroid-induced necrosis of the femoral head through the lens of traditional Chinese medicine. Within this framework, hormones are viewed as medicinal toxins that play a significant role in influencing the development of steroid-induced necrosis. This influence is attributed to factors such as the stagnation of Qi and blood, the amalgamation of fluid imbalance, phlegm, and stasis, as well as internal organ impairment impacting the liver, spleen, and kidney, ultimately leading to bone malnutrition and necrosis over time.In terms of treatment, the focus lies on fundamental methods that involve promoting Qi circulation, dispelling blood stasis, resolving phlegm, and replenishing kidney function. The ultimate goal is to expel toxins and alleviate symptoms. This theory establishes a solid theoretical foundation for future experimental validation and clinical approaches.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in the postpartum rehabilitation of pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods 72 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction from the People's Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from January 2022 to December 2022, randomized into control group and observation group, 36 cases in each group, the control group received regular pelvic floor muscle exercises, the observation group received electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise, the pelvic floor muscle related indicators (mixed muscle mean EMG value, slow muscle mean EMG value, anterior resting mean EMG value, posterior resting mean EMG value, fast muscle maximum EMG value), quality of life, urodynamic indicators and adverse events were compared between two groups. Results In the observation group, the pelvic floor muscle related indicators, quality of life, maximum urethra closure pressure (PMUC) and Valsalva of urine leakage point pressure (PVLP) were higher than those of the control group, and the 1-hour pad test (1 HPrV) and the risk of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group, statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, the combination of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy with pelvic floor muscle exercise has a very positive significance. It can effectively promote the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor muscle function, and can well control the risk of adverse reactions, thus significantly improving the maternal quality of life, and has clinical application value.
