Objective Nattokinase, a fermented soybean extract, has recently been shown to reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of nattokinase in the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular high-risk population in China. Methods A total of 97 cardiovascular and cerebrovascular high-risk subjects received 8000 FU nattokinase (NSK-SD) daily during the 90-day study period, and blood samples were taken at baseline, on day 30 and day 90, respectively, to detect lipids, clotting, platelet aggregation rate and D-dimer. TCD testing and carotid ultrasound were performed at baseline and day 90. Results All 97 people completed the study with good compliance. After 30 days of nattokinase treatment, plasma viscosity decreased significantly (P<0.05). After taking nattokinase for 90 days, ADP platelet aggregation rate was 300 s, maximum ADP platelet aggregation rate, D-dimer, whole blood low shear viscosity 5/s, whole blood viscosity 50/s and whole blood high shear viscosity 200/s (P<0.05). In addition, whole blood low shear viscosity 1/s decreased significantly after 30 days and 90 days of administration (P<0.05). The improvement rate of patients with different blood flow velocity and flow velocity was 71.4% and 87.5%, respectively. The improvement rates of carotid plaque and media thickening were 46.7% and 42.1%, respectively. Conclusion The intake of nattokinase in the Chinese population was significantly correlated with the improvement of platelet function, D-dimer and whole blood viscosity in the high-risk population of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and the effect was more obvious with the extension of time, indicating that nattokinase has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

Objective To identify the the molecular mechanism of epimedium in the treatment of osteoporotic fracture based on network pharmacology. Methods The main active components and targets of epimedium was screened in the Chinese Medicine Computing System Pharmacology Analysis Platform (TCMSP), and a prediction for osteoporotic fracture targets in GeneCards database, OMIM database, PharmGkb database, TTD database and DrugBank database was performed. The common targets of epimedium and osteoporotic fracture were got by Venn diagrams. Cytoscape3.6.1 was used to construct a Chinese medicine-ingredient-disease-target regulation network, then establish a protein-protein interaction network through the STRING data platform, and finally use the R language and Bioconductor platform for gene ontology enrichment analysis and gene interaction (KEGG) pathway analysis. Results The treatment of osteoporotic fracture with epimedium is mainly through 23 active components, 193 key targets and 155 biological signaling pathways. The main active constituents of the drug were quercetin, kaempferol and luteolin. The key targets were AKT1, TP53, Jun, HSP90AA1, CASP3, etc. The key pathway was Lipid and atherosclerosis signaling pathway. Conclusion This study shows the action characteristic of epimedium in the treatment of osteoporotic fracture may be achieved by multi-components, multi-targets and multi-biological signaling pathways through network pharmacology, and it provide a scientific theoretical basis for the further research and experiments.

Objective To investigate the vaccination rate of hand, foot and mouth disease in Qixia City in 2022 year, and to monitor the occurrence of suspected abnormal reactions to vaccination. Methods Used cluster random sampling method, 1 090 cases of preschool children and their parents who resided in Qixia City from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. The vaccination status of hand, foot and mouth disease and the occurrence of suspected abnormal vaccination reactions were investigated and monitored, and the general information of the children were investigated and multivariate analysis were conducted. Results There were 824 cases were fully vaccinated, 166 cases were partially vaccinated, and 100 cases were not vaccinated in the 1090 cases of preschool children with a vaccination rate of 90.83%. Multiple logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that parental education level, local residence time, parental occupation, and monthly family income were important factors affected the vaccination rate of hand, foot, and mouth disease in a certain area in 2022 year (P<0.05). There were 15 cases of suspected abnormal reactions to vaccination, with an incidence rate of 1.38%. All cases were reported in a timely manner within 48 hours, with a timely reporting rate of 100.0%. 13 cases had general reactions, accounting for 86.67%; 1 case of routine reaction, accounted for 6.67%. There was 1 case of coincidence, accounted for 6.67%, and there were no vaccination accidents, psychogenic reactions, vaccine quality accidents, etc. 14 cases were cured, 1 case was improved, and there were no sequelae. Conclusion The vaccination rate for hand, foot and mouth disease in Qixia City in 2022 year needs to be improved. The main factors affecting the vaccination rate are parents' education level, local residence time, parents' occupation, and family monthly income. There are still suspected abnormal reactions to vaccination, which have been reported in a timely manner, mostly general reactions, and the prognosis and outcome effects are relatively high.
