Objective The purpose of this study was to treat hyphema by using reverse ion introductio to extract iron from anterior chamber of the rabbit cornea. Methods 24 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, with 8 rabbits in each group. The 8 rabbits in group I were not modeled as the blank control group; The anterior chamber blood model was fabricated in the right eyes of 16 rabbits, and after modeling, they were randomly divided into two groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ with 8 eyes in each group. The group Ⅱ was called model control group, which was given 0 ma current intensity reverse iontophoresis treatment to observe the natural changes of anterior chamber blood volume; The group Ⅲ was treated by transcorneal reverse iontophoresis technique at a current intensity of 0.4 Ma once daily for 15 min for seven days. The absorption velocity of the anterior chamber blood was observed by slit lamp microscopy, the concentration of iron ions in the aqueous humor of each group was measured by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer, and the pathological changes of the cornea were observed by histological examination. Results The iron concentration in aqueous humor was greatly increased in the modeling group compared with control group, but it was greatly reduced by reverse iontophoresis treatment. Histological examination indicated that inflammatory cell infiltration and iron deposition in the RI treatment group were significantly less than the modeling group. Conclusions Reverse iontophoresis in cornea is a non-invasive and promising approach to extract iron from the anterior chamber to treat hyphema.

Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of valsartan on ventricular vascular coupling index in patients with heart failure. Methods 400 patients with heart failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the observation group (n=200, receiving 40 mg/d valsartan) and the control group (n=200, receiving 80 mg/d valsartan) according to the random number table method. The difference of the treatment effect between the two groups was compared, and the difference of the cardiac function index, myocardial injury index and adverse reaction rate index between the two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results The number of patients in the observation group was 80, and the number of patients in the observation group was 104. The total effective rate of the observation group slightly lower than that of the control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05); After treatment, LVEF and LVEDD of the two groups were significantly higher and lower than before treatment(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05); After treatment, the levels of H-FABP and NT proBNP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of NT proBNP in the control group were lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05); The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Valsartan is effective in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with heart failure. It can improve the heart function and alleviate the inflammatory state of patients. It is suggested that the dosage should be set at 40 mg/d. Increasing the dosage will not significantly improve the therapeutic effect, but will significantly increase the adverse reactions rate.
