The injury of anterior cruciate ligament of knee is one of the most common military training injurie types, and the injured anterior cruciate ligaments are normally treated by reconstructive surgery. But postoperative complications such as joint pain, swelling, and limited range of motion often occur. It often takes a long time to restore normal knee function after surgery, which significant reduces the effectiveness of troops. This paper summarizes the research progress of rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction from the perspective of isokinetic muscle strength training and electromagnetic field therapy. We suggest that it is effective to prevent military training injury by routine muscle parameter isokinetic testing and formulation of individualized rehabilitation program based on the testing results. In addition, the accurate rehabilitation program with combination of isokinetic muscle force and electromagnetic field with specific parameters is an important measure to accelerate the recovery time of officers and soldiers after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in the future.

Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is the most common malignant tumor in oral and maxillofacial region. It often metastases to local lymph nodes, and distant metastasis may occur in late stage, which seriously affects the survival and quality of life of patients. Noncoding RNAs are widely found in eukaryotes, RNAs that cannot encode proteins, including miRNAs, LncRNAs, circRNAs, etc. The regulatory relationship between non-coding RNAs in the proliferation of OSCC has become a research hotspot, and it has been proved that non-coding RNAs play an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of OSCC. At present, the specific regulatory mechanism of non-coding RNAs in the occurrence and development of OSCC has not been fully clarified, and it has become a scientific problem that needs to be solved urgently in basic and clinical practice. Therefore, we review the mechanisms of noncoding RNA regulation OSCC proliferation to provide theory foundation for OSCC diagnosis and treatment.
