Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of radiofrequency hyperthermia combined with drug infusion in patients with malignant serous effusion. Methods A prospective selection of 80 patients with malignant serous effusion admitted to the No. 521 Hospital of the Weapon Industry from November 2021 to May 2022 was conducted. The patients in the group were treated with closed thoracic drainage by central venous catheter, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with radiofrequency hyperthermia combined with drug perfusion. Both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment. The treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients was compared, and the quality of life, fibrin degradation products (FDP) and blood D-dimer level were compared before and after treatment. Results The treatment effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). The level of FDP and blood D-dimer were increased, and the change in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores of patients in both groups increased, and the increase of patients in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion For patients with malignant serous effusion, radiofrequency hyperthermia combined with drug perfusion therapy has better curative effect, can significantly increase the level of FDP and D-dimer, and improve their quality of life, which has application value.
