The three tones of traditional Chinese medicine refer to regulating the body, regulating breath, and regulating the heart, which are interrelated and mutually influential as a whole. The Qinggong Eight Section Brocade is a set of health preserving techniques characterized by regulating the Eight Extraordinary Meridians. This article explores the health principles of the Eight Section Brocade of the Qing Palace from the perspectives of body shape, breath, and mind, as well as the Eight Meridians of the Strange Classic. It reveals that the essence of the exercise of the Eight Section Brocade of the Qing Palace is to exercise and regulate the body's mind, qi, and form, and to bring the body's mind, qi, and form into a state of three in one. This provides a theoretical basis for the promotion of the Eight Section Brocade of the Qing Palace, enriches the connotation of the Eight Section Brocade of Fitness Qigong, and provides new methods for the health and wellness of the general public.
