Objective
To explore the effect of health education model based on mind map and Midnight-Midday ebb flow theory on the compliance of resistance training in stroke patients.
Methods
From August 2020 to may 2021, a total of 70 patients with ischemic stroke who were hospitalized in Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital were selected as the research objects by using convenience sampling method. According to the random numbers table, the control group (n=35) and the intervention group (n=35) were divided. The control group was given routine oral health education. On this basis, the intervention group was given health education model based on mind map and Midnight-Midday ebb flow theory. The compliance and knowledge of resistance training were compared between the two groups at discharge.
Results
Before the intervention, there were no statistical significant differences in total score of resistance training compliance, compliance scores of all dimensions, and related rehabilitation knowledge mastery (P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of each dimension, total score and knowledge mastery of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion
The health education mode of mind map combined with Midnight-Midday ebb flow theory can improve the resistance training compliance and the mastery of related knowledge and skills in stroke patients.

Objective
To explore the related factors and preventive measures of nosocomial infection in children with hematological diseases.
Methods
The infection site and risk factors of 429 children with nosocomial infection in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.
Results
Among 8 858 hospitalized children with hematological diseases, 429 cases of hospital infection occurred, and the incidence of hospital infection was 4.84%, and the incidence of nosocomial infection of malignant hematological diseases was significantly higher than that of non-malignant hematological diseases, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Among them, 3 671 cases had invasive operation during hospitalization, 310 cases had hospital infection, accounting for 72.26% of the total number of infections; 429 cases of nosocomial infection were mainly infected by blood flow, accounting for 42.62%; 359 cases (84.07%) had the highest incidence of nosocomial infection when the length of stay was ≥ 30 days; the incidence of hospital infection with laminar flow bed after chemotherapy was 3.45%, and the incidence of hospital infection without laminar flow bed was 8.05%. Children with agranulocytosis after chemotherapy were assigned to laminar flow ward, which could effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection; the incidence of hospital infection was significantly higher in patients who used antibiotics for 3 days or more than in those who did not use antibiotics or who used antibiotics for less than 24 hours.
Conclusion
Children with hematological diseases are at high risk of hospital infection. Invasive operation during hospitalization, hospitalization time>30 days, and use of antibiotics >7 days are independent risk factors of hospital infection in children with hematological diseases.

Method
A total of 50 children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia who were hospitalized in Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomized divided into two groups. The control group was given azithromycin and methylprednisolone succinate. Sodium and other conventional anti-infective drug regimens were given, and the experimental group was also given a bronchoalveolar lavage regimen with fiberoptic bronchoscopy. The differences in the treatment effect, symptom improvement time, hospital stay, inflammatory indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.
Results
The total effective rate of children with severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in experimental group was higher than that in control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Temperature recovery time index, rales disappearance time index, cough disappearance time index and hospital stay index in the experimental group were lower than in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate and procalcitonin (PCT) in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The levels of CRP, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and PCT in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in complication rate between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion
Compared with the conventional anti-infection regimen, fiberoptic bronchoscopy can achieve better results in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia in children. It can further shorten the hospitalization time, promote the improvement of inflammatory factors in children, and fiberoptic bronchoscopy treatment has no obvious adverse events.

Objective
To investigate the scientific research ability and research training willingness for residents in the standardized resident training, to explore the scientific research needs of resident trainees, and to provide reference for optimizing the training program for resident trainees.
Methods
A total of 199 resident trainees from 25 residential training bases in different regions of China were recruited from November 16 to 20, 2021. The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate their scientific research ability and scientific research training willingness.
Results
The investigation of scientific research ability showed that 80.9% of resident trainees mastered how to use the database to search English literature and Chinese literature (90.5%). 91.5% of the resident trainees are willing to participate in scientific research training. The main ways to participate in scientific research training include participating in the research projects of tutors (64.3%), learning research methods through literature (70.4%), conducting research under the guidance of tutors (54.8%), participating in research related lectures (53.7%), and autonomous learning (50.8%). 93.5% of the resident trainees expressed their willingness to participate in online research training, and 77.9% of the resident trainees expressed satisfaction with the effect of online training. Compared with non-dual track resident trainees, dual track resident trainees have a stronger ability to retrieve English and Chinese literature, read English literature proficiently, participate in research training and online training with a higher proportion. The epidemic has a greater impact on their completion of graduation projects. In addition, the proportion of the dual track resident trainees who “participate in the research project of the tutor” and “conduct research under the guidance of the tutor” is higher.
Conclusion
The resident trainees, especially the dual track resident trainees, have certain research ability and strong willingness to participate in research training, while the research training for non-dual track resident trainees is still insufficient. How to combine training mode and improve the research level of resident doctors under epidemic conditions still needs further exploration in practice.
