The basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tumors plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of tumors, and it is widely used. Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy has achieved remarkable results in tumor rehabilitation, and there are a large number of clinical cases to support it. The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of tumors has also attracted much attention, and the complementarity and integration of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine have been recognized. Related research and clinical trials have a positive evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine in tumor rehabilitation, and believe that traditional Chinese medicine has important value and potential in tumor rehabilitation. Although modern medicine has made progress in tumor treatment, the characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine still plays an irreplaceable role in tumor rehabilitation.

Pediatric chalazion is one of the common eye diseases in clinical practice. It not only affects children's normal vision but also has a cosmetic impact, significantly affecting the daily lives of affected children. Western medical treatment for this condition often involves the use of corticosteroids or surgical excision, which can be resistant and carries some risk due to its invasive nature, making it less acceptable to the families of affected children. Some children with chalazion may experience recurrent episodes, causing ongoing distress to both the children and their families. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) can serve as a treatment method to help alleviate symptoms and improve immune system function. TCM approaches for treating pediatric chalazion typically include Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, tuina massage, and dietary therapy. The author has had the privilege of studying under the renowned TCM practitioner Wang Yinglin for several years and has achieved significant success in treating chalazion using his family's proprietary "Qing Zi He Formula."

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of postpartum three-dimensional ultrasound of pelvic floor combined with pelvic floor muscle tension assessment technology for stress Urinary incontinence. Methods A total of 72 patients with stress Urinary incontinence admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the observation group. In addition, 72 volunteers who came to our hospital for physical examination at the same time and did not appear stress Urinary incontinence after delivery were selected as the control group. All women were taken three-dimensional ultrasound and pelvic floor muscle tension assessment. The three-dimensional ultrasound parameters of the pelvic floor and pelvic floor muscle tension assessment parameters of the two groups of subjects were compared, and the diagnostic efficacy of three-dimensional ultrasound of the pelvic floor combined with pelvic floor muscle tension assessment technology in postpartum stress Urinary incontinence was analyzed based on the gold standard of clinical diagnosis of stress Urinary incontinence. Results The area of the pelvic hiatus and parameters of the posterior angle of the bladder and urethra in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the Valsalva state and resting state, while the puborectal thickness and thickness in the Valsalva state and resting state were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The parameters of endurance contraction (type II muscle), continuous contraction (type I muscle) and rapid contraction (type I muscle) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the parameters of the anterior Resting potential and the posterior Resting potential were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The sensitivity and specificity of three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound combined with pelvic floor muscle tension assessment in the diagnosis of stress Urinary incontinence were significantly higher than those of a single diagnosis (P<0.05). For patients with stress Urinary incontinence, the changes of pelvic floor structure and function can be observed by three-dimensional ultrasound of the pelvic floor, and the muscular tension of pelvic floor muscles in different situations can be evaluated by pelvic floor muscle tension assessment technology. The Sensitivity and specificity of the combination of the two for the diagnosis of stress Urinary incontinence is higher than that of a single diagnosis.
