Abstract: Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Pelvic Girdle Questionnaire in patients with pelvic girdle pain and urinary incontinence, and to provide a basis for its clinical and scientific use. Methods A total of 131 female patients with pelvic girth pain and urinary incontinence who were admitted to the Third Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected and filled out the relevant questionnaires, and internal consistency reliability, test-retest reliability, floor and ceiling effect, construct validity and discriminative validity of the Chinese pelvic girdle questionnaire were analyzed. Results A total of 96 valid questionnaires were collected. The Cronbach coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.962, the test-retest reliability was 0.851. The Chinese version of the pelvic girdle questionnaire did not have floor or ceiling effect. The PGQ total score, PGQactivity score, and PGQsymptom score are highly correlated with ODI and NRS scores. Conclusion The Chinese version of PGQ has good reliability and validity, and can be used to evaluate the function of patients with pelvic girdle pain and urinary incontinence as a clinical outcome indicator.
