Exploration and Research on the Integrated Online and Offline Teaching Practice of Standardised Residency Training

Abstract: The changes in teaching methods, changes in student needs, and restrictions on international exchanges brought about have brought unprecedented challenges to residential education in colleges and universities. The standardised residency training of doctors in colleges and universities can no longer be limited to pure online or offline modes.This integrated approach has emerged as a response to the changing landscape and is becoming a prominent trend in the standardised residency training of physicians in universities. This article aims to explore and analyze the development of integrated online and offline teaching methods for resident physicians in colleges and universities, particularly in the post-epidemic era. By doing so, it seeks to advance the standardised residency training of physicians in universities and contribute to the cultivation of exceptional healthcare professionals in the modern era.
