Discussion on the Academic Experience of Sichuan School Famous Chinese Medicine in Treating IgA Nephropathy Based on the Theory of "Adapting to Local Conditions"

Abstract: IgA nephropathy is a clinically common primary glomerular disease, the incidence of which varies greatly between different geographic regions, different races, and ethnic groups. To date, there is no disease-specific treatment for IgA nephropathy, and the main treatment is to optimize supportive therapy. There is no name of IgA nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine, which mostly belongs to the categories of "blood in urine" and "turbidness in urine". It is a disease characterized by deficiency and deficiency. According to its epidemiological characteristics in different races and regions, based on the theory of "adapting to local conditions" in Huangdi Neijing, combined with the unique geographical and cultural characteristics of Sichuan, the academic experience of Sichuan's famous TCM in the treatment of IgA nephropathy is summarized. Inheriting and innovating, promoting the sharing of clinical experience and the theoretical research of academic thought of famous TCM practitioners of Sichuan school.
