Clinical Observation of Liver Nourishing Serum Heart Decoction in the Treatment of Liver Blood Deficiency Type Insomnia

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bugan Yangxue Qingxin decoction on insomnia. Methods A total of 60 patients with insomnia with hepatic blood deficiency admitted to Lu'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group used dexzopiclon, the observation group added a decoction of Yangxue Qingxin bugan based on the control group, 1 dose/dan, take two doses one day. Treatment cycle 8 weeks, compare the difference before and after the results of the TCM syndrome score, PSQI and PSG, assessment of the effect of clinical treatment. Results Analysis of reference indexes after 8 weeks of systemic treatment: the overall effectiveness of the observation groups was 93.33%, this exceeded the total effectiveness ratio of 76.67% in the control group;Also to find,TCM syndrome score, PSQI score and PSG index of both groups were statistically analyzed and concluded that,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). That is, the symptoms improve.Comparison between groups, the improvement of observation group was the greater one, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Bugan Yangxue Qingxin decoction could ease sleep disorders. It is more effective when used in combination with Western medicine.
