Abstract: Objective To explore the effectiveness of detailed intervention combined with high-quality care for patients with sequelae of cerebrovascular accidents. Methods From May 2021 to May 2023, 80 patients with sequelae of cerebrovascular accidents admitted to Wuxi Rehabilitation Hospital were selected as the research subjects of this article. They were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group based on their hospitalization number, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing interventions, while the intervention group received detailed and high-quality nursing interventions, The psychological status of patients was evaluated using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS). The quality of life of patients after treatment was evaluated using the SF-36 scale, and nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups of patients. Results There was no statistically difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups of patients before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups of patients decreased, and after nursing intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); There was no statistically difference in physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, and vitality scores between the two groups of patients before nursing intervention (P>0.05). After nursing intervention, the physiological function, physical pain, and vitality scores of the two groups of patients decreased, and after nursing intervention, the scores of the intervention group in the above dimensions were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was 95.00%, while the nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 75.00%. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of detailed intervention and high-quality care during the treatment of sequelae of cerebrovascular dependence can significantly improve the treatment effect, help patients reduce negative emotions, improve their living standards, and have significant application value.
