Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of two-way quality feedback management on liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGB) and its influence on sleep self-rating scale (SRSS) score. Methods A total of 100 patients with cirrhosis and UGB admitted to Tai 'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (50 cases). The control group received routine nursing intervention methods, and the observation group received routine nursing +two-way quality feedback management method. The intervention effect, improvement of self-management ability, psychological state and sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had significant reductions in hemostasis time, length of hospital stay, hospitalization cost, Incidence of rebleeding during hospitalization, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, self-rating depression scale (SDS) score, and SRSS score (P<0.05),while the liver cirrhosis self-management behavior scale score increased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Two-way quality feedback management has a significant intervention effect on liver cirrhosis patients with UGB, which can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients,improve their mental state and sleep quality, and shorten the rehabilitation process.
