Abstract: Objective To analyze the significance of procalcitonin (PCT), C-reactive protein (CRP) and blood lipid indexes in neonatal hemolytic jaundice. Methods Selection of shaanxi province transportation hospital in July 2021-May 2023,73 cases of newborns hemolytic jaundice as the study object, as the observation group, extract the same period in shaanxi province transportation hospital examination of healthy newborn 73 cases for the control group, all detection PCT,CRP and lipid index, analysis of the application of above indicators in newborns with hemolytic jaundice and neonatal infection rate. Results Platelets of newborns in the experimental group, red blood cells lower than the control group, both showed significant differences, the contrast difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of PCT and CRP in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with significant differences, the contrast difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total bilirubin, cholesterol, and triglycerides in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant differences, the contrast difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The infection rate in the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The detection level of CRP and PCT in newborns hemolytic jaundice is significantly increased, which can help clinicians understand the progress of the newborns, guide timely and effective clinical treatment and nursing measures, and is of great significance to promote the early rehabilitation of newborns.
