Abstract: Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of intelligent pelvic floor ultrasound combined with transOmniView 3D ultrasound in female pelvic floor dysfunction diseases. Methods A total of 2000 female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction treated from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the case group, and 2000 healthy women with no pelvic floor dysfunction in the hospital were selected as the control group. All populations were given intelligent pelvic floor ultrasound combined with transluminal OmniView 3D ultrasound to record ultrasound features and determine the diagnostic value. Results There was no significant difference in the comparison of intelligent pelvic floor ultrasound-bladder neck position and the bladder posterior angle (P>0.05), and the degree of bladder neck movement in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The relevant indicators of intraluminal Omni View-anterior and posterior diameter, periferential diameter of levator fissure, left and right diameter of levator fissure, and fissure area of levator fissure were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Intelligent pelvic floor ultrasound combined with the cavity OmniView 3 d ultrasound for pelvic floor dysfunction disease detection rate is significantly higher than simple intelligent pelvic floor ultrasound (P<0.05). The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of intelligent pelvic floor ultrasound combined with transluminal Omni View three-dimensional ultrasound for female pelvic floor dysfunction diseases was 0.931. Conclusion Intelligent pelvic floor ultrasound combined with OmniView 3 D ultrasound in female pelvic floor dysfunction diseases can effectively reflect individual pelvic structure and physiological function, with a high detection rate and high diagnostic value.
