Visual Analysis of Nearly 10 Years of Research on TCM Treatment of Heart Failure Based on CNKI

Abstract: Objective To visually analyze the literature on the treatment of heart failure by traditional Chinese medicine in CNKI database in the past 10 years, to explore the research status and development trend in this field, and to provide reference and reference for later research and clinical practice. Methods Based on the literature on the treatment of heart failure by traditional Chinese medicine included in CNKI from January 1, 2012 to April 26, 2022, the bibliometric CiteSpace.6.1.R1 software of the JAVA platform was used to analyze the included literature and draw the relevant knowledge map. Results A total of 4596 articles were included, and the number of publications in this field showed an overall upward trend, the research team was centered on Zhang Yan's team, Mao Jingyuan's team, Zhu Mingjun's team, and the research institutions were mainly Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine as the core. Keyword cluster analysis showed that the research hotspots mainly focused on four aspects: disease differentiation, chronic heart failure, traditional exercises, and heart function. The keyword timeline map shows that the research trend has evolved mainly in four aspects: drug research, treatment method, etiology and pathogenesis, and research method. Keyword emergence analysis shows that the recent research frontiers in this field mainly focus on "fatigue", "cardiac rehabilitation", "safety", "intestinal flora", "inflammatory factors" and other aspects. Conclusion Through visual analysis, the research team and institutions of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure are intuitively displayed, and the research hotspots, trends and frontiers are provided, which provides reference and reference for subsequent clinical and research projects.
