Thirty patients in the observation group were given balance acupotomy therapy, and 30 patients in the control group were given acupuncture and electroacupuncture therapy. The clinical efficacy before and after treatment was compared, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results The visual analogue scale (VAS) score of patients with various types of pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that of patients with various types of pain in the control group treated with acupuncture and moxibustion and electroacupuncture (P<0.05). The total effective rate of balanced acupotomy in the observation group was higher than that of acupuncture and moxibustion plus electroacupuncture in the control group (P<0.05).
