Abstract: Objective To observe the combined supplement of comprehensive cognitive impairment training ω- 3. The clinical efficacy of fish oil fat emulsion in the treatment of post stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) and its effect on the level of plasma polyunsaturated fatty acids. Methods 60 patients with PSCI who were hospitalized in the rehabilitation department of Jiangsu provincial government hospital from January 2019 to March 2022 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method. There were 30 patients in both groups. The control group was given comprehensive cognitive impairment training, basic rehabilitation and drug treatment with donepezil tablets. The treatment group was increased on the basis of the control group ω- 3 fish oil fat emulsion injection was injected intravenously with 100 mL/d, once a day, seven times a week, for 3 weeks. Comparison of Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), modified Barthel index (MBI), omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids before and after treatment (omega-3polyunsaturated fatty acid, omega-3PUFA) levels. Results After treatment, MMSE score and MoCA score in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment, the MBI score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Patients in the treatment group after treatment the level of ω-3 PUFA was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion comprehensive cognitive impairment training combined with Supplement ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion can improve cognitive function and ADL of PSCI patients faster, which is worthy of further clinical recommendation.
