Methods A retrospective research of 145 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent interventional therapy in Gaotang County People’s Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2018 to December 2020 was included in this study to analyze the main factors affecting the quality of life of patients. The quality of life of the patients after treatment was evaluated by the Brief Health Status Questionnaire (SF-36), and a good group (107 cases, with a good score) and a general group (36 cases, with an average score) were generated. Factors affecting quality of life and cardiovascular complications. Results After treatment, there were significant differences in the quality of life scores of patients with different age, economic level, work and smoking status, and diabetes, and all had significant effects on the quality of life score (P<0.05). The patients in the good group had cardiovascular complications. The total incidence of postoperative restenosis and non-fatal myocardial infarction was lower than the general group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy is related to the patient’s age, economic level, work and smoking status, and diabetes, and patients with higher quality of life scores have a lower incidence of postoperative restenosis and nonfatal myocardial infarction.
