Abstract: Objective To analysis of compound Sophora flavescens injection combined with chemotherapy in research object with colorectal cancer. Methods Sixty-four patients with colorectal cancer treated in Binzhou Central Hospital from August 2019 to July 2021 were random grouping ,there was two groups with 32 cases in each group. The research object in the control group were treated with routine chemotherapy, and the patients in the study group were treated with compound Sophora flavescens injection on the basis of routine chemotherapy. Before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy, immune cells [T lymphocyte differentiation Cluster 4+ (CD4+), differentiation cluster 8+ (CD8+), CD4+ / CD8+ and natural killer cells (NK)] and quality of lifequestionnaire (QLQ-C30) scores ,and the rates of bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reaction and abnormal liver function were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). In the comparison of CD4+, CD8+, CD4+ / CD8+ and NK levels before treatment, there was no difference between the two groups (P>0.05); The level of CD4+and CD4+ / CD8+ and NK cells in the study group after treatment, was higher than the control group (P<0.05), and the level of CD8+ was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in QLQ-C30 score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); After treatment, the scores of body, social function, emotion, cognition and role of QLQ-C30 were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction and bone marrow suppression in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); There was no difference in the rate of abnormal liver function between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The application of compound Sophora flavescens injection in patients with colorectal cancer on the basis of routine chemotherapy has significant effect, further improves immune function, alleviates adverse reactions of chemotherapy, and ensures the quality of life. It has clinical application value.
