Reflection and Reform of Teachers' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Medical Colleges and Universities in the Post-Epidemic Era of Digital Intelligence

Abstract: Innovation is the foundation of entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship is the carrier of innovation, and medical schools have long taken the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of medical students as an important goal of talent cultivation. In the context of the post epidemic digital intelligence era, the innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching mode of medical students is facing a major transformation, and it also puts forward a new requirement for teachers in medical schools, that is, to improve the teaching ability of innovation and entrepreneurship education. This study starts from exploring the importance of the teaching ability of innovation and entrepreneurship education of medical school teachers, and elaborates on the challenges and opportunities as well as the problems faced by teachers' innovation and entrepreneurship education and teaching in the college school in the post-epidemic digital intelligence era. At the same time, it puts forward suggestions to change the innovation and entrepreneurship education system with respect to the popularization of digital intelligence teaching, the change of educational philosophy, the optimization of teaching content, practical training, the cultivation of scientific research ability, and the improvement of incentive mechanism and evaluation system.
