Abstract: Objective To explore and observe the effectiveness of hospital led home cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with heart failure. Methods From February 2021 to February 2023, 70 patients with heart failure diagnosed and treated in the First People's Hospital of Tianshui City, Gansu Province, were selected as the study objects.Accorded to the 1:1 random number table method, 70 patients were divided into the observation group of 35 cases and the control group of 35 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given hospital-led home cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing observation time of the two groups was 2 months. The cardiac function, lipid level, physical function and self-care ability of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 months of nursing care, the left ventricular end diastolic volume and left ventricular end systolic volume of both groups were significantly lower than before nursing care (P<0.05). After 2 months of nursing care, the left ventricular end diastolic volume and left ventricular end systolic volume of the observation group were also significantly reduced compared to the control group (P<0.05). After 2 months of care, the triglycerides and total cholesterol levels in both groups were significantly lower than before care (P<0.05). After 2 months of care, the triglycerides and total cholesterol levels in the observation group were also significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The 6-minute walking distance and 30 second arm flexion test results of the two groups after 2 months of nursing care were also significantly higher than those before nursing care (P<0.05), and the results of the 10 sit stereoscopic tests were also significantly lower than those before nursing care (P<0.05). The above physical function indicators of the observation group after 2 months of nursing care were also significantly different from those of the control group (P<0.05). The self-care ability scores of both groups after 2 months of nursing care were significantly higher than those before nursing care (P<0.05), and the self-care ability scores of the observation group were also significantly higher than those of the control group after 2 months of nursing care (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hospital led home cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with heart failure can improve heart function, reduce blood lipid levels, improve physical function, and enhance patients' self-care ability.
