Construction and Application of An Intelligent Reproductive Health Management Model for Women of Childbearing Age in Yulin Area

Abstract: Objective To explore and analysis the construction and application effect of an intelligent reproductive health management model for women of childbearing age in Yulin area. Methods Used stratified, phased, and probability sampling methods,350 cases of women of childbearing age who underwent reproductive health management at Yulin Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Yulin region were selected as the control group from September 2019 to April 2021, and the other 350 cases of women of childbearing age who underwent reproductive health management at Yulin Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the intelligent group from May 2021 to January 2023.The control group were received routine reproductive health management,while the intelligent group were received intelligent reproductive health management.The follow-up time for reproductive health management in both groups was 6 months. Results The followed-up compliance of the intelligent group during the 6-month management period were 98.57%, while the control group were 88.89%. The intelligent group showed a statistically significant increase compared to the control group (P<0.05).The execution rates of healthy behaviors such as maintaining menstrual hygiene, daily external genital cleaning, and daily underwear replacement during the 6-month period managed by the intelligent group were 98.57%, 97.14%, and 94.57%, which showed there were significant improvement compared to the 87.14%, 88.29%, and 82.00% of the control group (P<0.05). There was a significant increase in the knowledge score of the individual items of reproductive health management knowledge in the smart group after 6 months of management compared to the control group (P<0.05). After 6 months of management, the satisfaction rate with reproductive health management in the intelligent group were 99.14%, compared to 92.86% in the control group that there were statistically significant increase in the intelligent group compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The construction and application of an intelligent reproductive health management model for women of childbearing age in Yulin region can improve follow-up compliance, as well as improve the implementation rate and knowledge awareness rate of health behaviors, thereby improving the satisfaction of reproductive health management.
