Abstract: Objective To observe the related effects of Jianhe Fuyuan prescription wine on hair loss and regeneration, hair and anti-hair loss. Methods The mice were randomly divided into 7 groups: blank group, liquor group, normal saline treatment group, low dose of medicinal liquor group, high dose of medicinal liquor group, minoxidil group, high dose of medicinal liquor and minoxidil group. Except for the blank group and minoxidil group, the skin color, hair follicle structure, serum estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T) of mice were observed after 15 days of continuous administration. Results The low dose of Jianhe Fuyuan prescription wine can enhance the hair growth rate of mice, and can effectively promote the blackening of the skin of mice, so that the hair of mice can enter the growth period from the stationary phase, significantly increase the number of hair follicles, increase the dermal papilla, and penetrate into the internal tissues of the skin. Conclusion Jianhe Fuyuan prescription wine has the basic effect of hair loss regeneration, hair fixation and anti-hair loss.
