Methods From February 2018 to March 2022, 86 cases of patients with cerebral infarction diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. Accorded to the random number table method principle of 1:1, the patients were divided into the acupuncture group of 43 cases and the traditional group of 43 cases. The traditional group were treated with Health Nourishing and Intelligence Nourishing Soup, and the acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture on the basis of the traditional group. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of the acupuncture group was higher than that of the traditional group, but there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The incidence rates of complications such as pulmonary infection, urinary tract infection, venous thrombosis and bedsore in the acupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group (P<0.05). The scores of cognitive function and daily living ability in both groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the scores of acupuncture group after treatment were also significantly higher than those in the traditional group (P<0.05). The prothrombin time and activated partial prothrombin time of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the acupuncture group after treatment were also significantly higher than that of the traditional group (P<0.05).
