Abstract: Objective Investigate the current status of compliance with rehabilitation training after discharge among stroke patients, and analyze the main factors influencing their compliance with rehabilitation training after discharge. Methods This study selected discharged stroke patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from grade II-A and above hospitals in Zhangzhou City from May to October 2023 as the research subjects. The study collected relevant information from the patients using a general information survey and a functional exercise compliance scale for stroke patients. The primary objective was to assess the current status of patients' compliance with rehabilitation training after discharge, and to analyze the factors influencing their compliance with rehabilitation training post-discharge. Results The level of compliance with rehabilitation training among stroke patients after discharge was moderate. Comparison of the scores of compliance with rehabilitation training after discharge among patient groups with different age ranges, types of caregivers, BI (Barthel Index) scores, and BMI (Body Mass Index) revealed statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The level of compliance with rehabilitation training among stroke patients after discharge from hospitalization is moderate and is influenced by factors such as age, type of caregiver, BI (Barthel Index) score, and BMI (Body Mass Index).
