Abstract: Objective To take the combination treatment of Wuling capsule and SinOS (zolpidem tartrate tablets) for patients with anxiety and sleep disorders,and explore and analyze the clinical treatment effects of the combination and its effects on symptom improvement. Methods A total of 82 patients with anxiety and sleep disorders admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group based on the random number table method, and the case number of each group was consistent. Among them, the control group only applied Snow treatment, while the observation group took the combination of Wuling capsule and Snow treatment to study and analyze the clinical treatment effect of different medication schemes and the improvement of symptoms. Results The treatment Pittsburgh sleep quality score (PSQI), anxiety score (SAS), symptom score, and incidence of adverse effects were lower than the control group, with higher levels of serotonin(5-HT), brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), and γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined treatment of Wuling capsule and SinOS for patients with anxiety and sleep disorders can improve disease symptoms, improve sleep quality and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
