Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of X-ray combined with glycoantigen 15-3 (CA15-3), sugar antigen 125 (CA125), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1 (CYFRA21-1) in breast cancer (BC). Methods A total of 78 BC patients admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study group, and another 80 patients with benign breast lesions were selected as the control group. Baseline data of both groups were recorded, the levels of tumor markers (CA15-3, CA125, CEA, CYFRA21-1) were determined by chemiluminescence, the working characteristics (ROC) curve was drawn, and the area under the curve (AUC) was used to analyze the diagnostic value of tumor markers and mammo X-ray photography alone and in combination. Results The serum CA15-3, CA125, CEA and CYFRA21-1 in the study group were higher than the control group, statistically different (P<0.05); ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of tumor marker and mammo X-ray was 0.903, sensitivity of 86.36%, specificity of 84.21%, and higher predictive value than the single index, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The level of CA15-3, CA125, CEA, CYFRA21-1 and mammography X-ray photography all have good predictive value for BC, and the combined prediction efficiency of both is better.
