Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical value of combined intervention of thunder fire moxibustion and warm umbilical patch on gastric duct pain (spleen and stomach deficiency cold type). Methods A total of 86 patients with gastric epigastric pain (spleen and stomach asthenic cold type) admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to March 2024 were divided into two groups by random number table: control group (43) with routine nursing intervention, observation group (43) with the addition of thunk-fire moxibustion + warm umbilical patch intervention; The clinical efficacy, symptom score, pain degree, quality of life and patient satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The pain score (VAS) of the inspection group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined intervention effect of thunder fire moxibustion and warm umbilical patch on gastric epigastric pain (spleen and stomach asthenic cold type) is significant, which can reduce the pain degree of patients, improve their clinical symptoms, and enhance the quality of life, which is recognized and has the value of popularization and implementation.
