Research Progress on Influencing Factors and Intervention Strategies for Fear of Disease Progression in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract: Acute myocardial infarction is the most serious manifestation of coronary artery disease, and its incidence is rising and showing a younger trend. AMI patients are prone to fear of disease progression after onset. Some progress has been made in the research on the progression of fear disease in AMI patients abroad, while it is still in its infancy in China. Therefore, this article reviews the concept, current situation, evaluation tools, influencing factors, and intervention strategies of fear of disease progression in AMI patients, in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of fear of disease progression in AMI patients.
