Abstract: Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qishao Hunaorongjin Capsule combined with acupuncture on acute cerebral infarction and its influence on long-term nerve function. Methods A total of 92 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method, with 46 patients in each group. The control group underwent conventional thrombolytic therapy, and the observation group added Qipabao rongjin capsule combined with acupuncture, compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the long-term neurological function before and after treatment, and the quality of life. Results The total response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Analysis of NIHSS and MMSE scores before, 3 months and 6 months after treatment in both groups, Different treatment measures have reciprocal effects with temporal factors, All were statistically significant (P<0.05), at 3 months after the treatment, The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group. After 6 months of treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference of the two groups (P>0.05), post-treatment, The QoL scores were elevated in both groups, And the correlation score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment, Qishao Hunaorengjin capsule combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant therapeutic effect on acute cerebral infarction, reducing neurological damage, and improving the quality of life of patients after treatment.
