Task-Driven Practical Teaching Reform Oriented by Post Competency-Taking Medical Laboratory Technology Major in Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

Abstract: Practice teaching is the key to cultivate students ' practical ability, innovation ability and improve the core competitiveness of employment. In order to adapt to the development of medical laboratory industry and the demand of post employment, promote the connection between students ' theory and practice, effectively connect the posts of employers, shorten the transition period of employment, and improve students ' sense of professional belonging and identity. Guided by job requirements, through task-driven practical teaching reform, students can complete the teaching tasks of practical courses with high quality in a good teaching situation, and improve their post competency and practical ability.
