Effect of Microneedle Combined with Halometasone Cream and Bailing Tablet in the Treatment of Acrovitiligo and Analysis

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of microneedle combined with halometasone cream and bailing tablet in the Treatment of acrovitiligo. Methods Totally 80 patients with stable acrovitiligo were divided randomly into two groups: treatment group and control group. Patients in each group used halometasone cream and Bailing Tablet, but the 40 patients in the treatment group were microneedle treatment once a month. All the patients go to the hospital every month and we observe the clinical effects and the pigment score after 6 months. Results After 6 months, the effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The pigment score and area reduction of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). No serious adverse reaction occurred during the treatment. Conclusion Microneedles combined with halometasone cream and Bailing tablet in the treatment of acrovitiligo skin lesions improved obviously, the effect was accurate, and the adverse reactions were less.
