Detection of Circadian Spontaneous Gonadotropin Levels in Girls with Precocious Puberty in Zunyi in 2021 to 2023

Abstract: Objective To explore and analyze the value of circadian spontaneous gonadotropin level detection in Zunyi city of girls with precocious puberty from 2021 to 2023. Methods From September 2021 to March 2023,78 cases of precocious puberty girls in Zunyi who were treated and treated in Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the precocious puberty group, and 78 cases of healthy girls who underwent physical examination in Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the health group. The levels of spontaneous Gonadotropin, 25 hydroxyvitamin D and androgen binding globulin were detected in both groups, and the follicular growth of all girls were determined. Results The uterine length diameter, ovarian volume, total follicle number, and maximum follicle diameter of the precocious puberty group were significantly higher than those of the healthy group (P<0.05). The levels of serum luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in spontaneous blood at night and in spontaneous blood at daytime in precocious puberty group were significantly higher than those in healthy group (P<0.05). The fasting serum levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D and androgen binding globulin in the precocious puberty group were lower than those in the healthy group (P<0.05). In 78 girls with precocious puberty, Spearman analysis showed a correlation between nighttime spontaneous blood, serum LH, OH content, uterine diameter, ovarian volume, total follicles, maximum follicle diameter, 25 hydroxyvitamin D, sex hormone-bound globulin and sex precocious puberty (r=0.744,0.699,0.714,0.766,0.794,0.636,0.715,0.677, -0.688, -0.714, P<0.05). Conclusion Zunyi 2021—2023 precocious girls with uterine long diameter, ovarian volume, total follicle number, maximum follicle diameter increase, also accompanied by increased spontaneous gonadotrophins levels and serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D, sex hormone combined with globulin content decreased, precocious girls of spontaneous spontaneous gonadotropin level detection has important clinical value.
