Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Fuyang powder medicine-separated moxibustion on edema of nephrotic syndrome. Method Sixty patients cases of 2023 edema due to deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang were selected from the Department of Nephrology, Suizhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January to August in the 2023, the patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and observation group (n = 30) . The treatment time was 2 weeks in both groups. The scores of TCM syndromes, body weight, 24 h urine volume, 24 h urine protein, serum albumin and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the edema score, waist and knee pain score, chills and cold limbs score, vertigo score, loose stool score and fatigue score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The body weight and 24 h urine protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), while the 24 h urine volume and serum albumin were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yishen Fuyang powder moxibustion can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of edema in nephrotic syndrome, increase urine volume, reduce urinary protein, improve plasma albumin and clinical efficacy.
