Abstract: Objective To Explore the application effect of spinal health management guided by Internet continuous nursing services on the recovery of puerperal women during community postpartum visits. Methods 200 healthy primiparous women who delivered at full term and were assigned by the Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Information Platform to 22 social health centers under our hospital from October 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects. The study subjects were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group in a 1∶1 ratio. Among them, the control group conducted postpartum visits according to routine requirements, and the intervention group conducted postpartum visits to the puerpera based on the control group combined with the spinal health management service method under the guidance of Internet+ continuous nursing services. The two groups of puerpera were followed up by telephone on the 30th and 90th day after delivery, respectively, to evaluate the spinal comfort, pure breastfeeding rate and Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale scores of the two groups of puerpera. Results After the intervention, the spinal comfort and pure breastfeeding rate of the intervention group were significantly higher than the control group, and the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale score was lower than the control group. The differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Under the guidance of Internet + continuous nursing services, the application of spinal management in community postpartum visits can effectively improve the spinal comfort of puerperal women and the rate of pure breastfeeding, and improve the ability of postpartum self-care of puerperal women, which is worth promoting.
