Yang-Palm-Tapping Therapy Treats Chronic Post-infectious Cough of Viral Pneumonia from the Perspective of Stasis

Abstract: Yang-palm-tapping Therapy is the external treatment method of Chinese Medicine,with the back of hand of the end joints from 2 to 5 fingers of the operator as a tool,in the body of the local or around the identification and selection of acupuncture points to beat,via the "through the qi pumping stasis" will be the pathology of the evil qi driven to the surface of the skin to achieve the stasis and drive away the evil, cure the disease of the effect of strengthening the body. Chronic cough after viral pneumonia infection patients with prolonged and difficult to cure, often "residual evil","long illness into stasis","long illness into the complex" as a core disease mechanism, the clinical evidence added to expel blood stasis to dispel the evil method, you can increase efficiency of the treatment.This paper summarizes and concludes that Yang-palm-tapping Therapy is the most effective method to eliminate stasis.In this paper, we summarize the experience of treating chronic cough after viral pneumonia infection with Yang-palm-tapping Therapy from the theory of stasis to provide reference for the treatment of this disease.
