Application of Mindfulness Decompression and Diary Style Psychological Guidance in Middle-aged and Young Patients With Schizophrenia

Abstract: Objective To explore the intervention effect of mindfulness decompression and diary style psychological guidance in middle-aged and young SP patients. Methods A total of 94 middle-aged and young SP patients from April 2022 to July 2023 who were admitted in the Fourth People's Hospital of Liaocheng were selected, and randomly divided into the intervention group and control group with 47 patients in each group. The shame, psychological resilience, self-management ability, and social function in both groups were compared. Results After intervention, SSMI-C scores in both groups were decreased,and the intervention group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, CD-RISC scores in both groups were increased,and the intervention group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention,SSMIS scores in both groups were increased,And the score of intervention group was higher than that of control group, which was significant (P<0.05). After intervention, PSP scores in both groups were increased ,And the intervention group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of mindfulness decompression and diary style psychological guidance in middle-aged and young SP patients can reduce shame,enhance psychological resilience,and promote self-management ability and social function improvement.
