Abstract: Objective To analyze the impact of an internet-based multidisciplinary team nursing model on the self-management ability and quality of life of hemophilia patients. Methods From June 2021 to June 2023, 80 hemophilia patients in Heze Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group (n=40) received routine nursing care, while the observation group (n=40) received multidisciplinary team nursing based on the Internet. Compared the self-management ability (ESCA), quality of life (QOL), and incidence of complications between two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) in MOCA score, ESCA scale scores, and QOL scores between the two groups before nursing. However, compared with the control group after nursing, the observation group showed significantly higher MOCA score, ESCA scale scores, and QOL scores after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Relying on the Internet to provide multidisciplinary team nursing for hemophilia patients can not only alleviate their negative emotions, but also enhance their self-management ability, effectively reduce the risk of complications, and improve their quality of life.
