Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of drug coated balloon combined with Rivaroxaban in the treatment of coronary bifurcation lesions. Methods A total of 68 patients with coronary bifurcation lesions in Ningde City Hospital affiliated to Ningde Normal University from October 2020 and October 2022 were selected for the study, they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, and 34 cases in each group. During the interventional therapy of both groups, the control group applied Rivaroxaban treatment, and the observation group used drug-coated balloon combined with Rivaroxaban treatment to compare the clinical treatment effect of the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The side branch stenosis rate and side branch occlusion rate of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The vWF, Ang II, hsCRP, and HbA_lc levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The physical and mental health scores of the observation group patients were higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion drug coated balloon combined with Rivaroxaban in the treatment of coronary bifurcation lesions has good effect, it can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events, improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the rate of postoperative stenosis and edge occlusion, improve the quality of life of patients, play a positive application value.
