Experience in the Treatment of Insomnia Using the "Transcranial Repetitive Stimulation" Method

Abstract: "Transcranial repetitive stimulation" acupuncture is a head acupuncture technique performed under the premise of selecting acupoints on the head acupuncture points combined with brain nerve positioning in traditional Chinese medicine, emphasizing the selection of parts and the effectiveness of the manipulation. This article summarizes the experience of using "transcranial repetitive stimulation" acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia, and believes that this pathogenesis is "heart disturbance, yin and yang disorder". With the basic rule of "calming the mind and balancing yin and yang", the yin and yang are adjusted according to the syndrome attributes, so that the body returns to the "yin and yang secret". Emphasizing the use of "transcranial repetitive stimulation" method to puncture the emotional area of the head (frontal area), the left and right Shencong, and the Baihui to replenish the brain and calm the nerves, and cooperate with the Shenmen, Neiguan to nourish the heart and calm the mind, Zhaohai, Shen pulse and adjust yin and yang, the upper, middle and lower three parts of the overall treatment, and at the same time dialectically combined with other body acupuncture points, the clinical effect is remarkable.
