Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of physique identification nursing in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 120 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and the children were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group.Targeted specialist medical records were established in both groups, and the treatment plan was the same. The observation group is given a traditional Chinese medicine nursing model based on constitution recognition, while the control group is given routine nursing paths and health education. Compare the cough symptom scores of two groups of Mycoplasma pneumonia infection; Calculate the recovery time of body temperature, disappearance time of shortness of breath, and disappearance time of rale in two groups; Further investigate the satisfaction of the family members of the child. Results There was no statistically significant difference in cough symptom scores between the two groups of children before treatment (P>0.05). After 14 days of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in the scores of the two groups of children compared to before treatment (P<0.05), and the difference between the observation group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05). The time of temperature recovery, breath disappearance and rales disappearance were significantly shorter than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, which the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Based on traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification, traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques can improve cough symptoms in children infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae, accelerate body recovery, and improve intervention effectiveness. It is worth further research.
