Integration of Emotion Theory and Literary Therapy Thought in Neijing

Abstract: Based on the theoretical framework of literary therapy and the knowledge of treatment thought, etiology and pathogenesis in emotional medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper discusses the integration of emotional theory and literary therapy in Huangdi Neijing, aiming at studying the content of emotional pathogenesis and treatment criteria in Neijing. At the same time, drawing on the concept of emotional competition in Neijing, this paper takes the literary creation subject and literary appreciation subject as the starting point, and through the development of literary and artistic activities, it can help the subject to vent their inner desires and emotions. In this way, people can deeply understand the role of emotion in physical health, and at the same time provide a richer theoretical basis for literary therapy.
