The Enlightenment of the Transformation of Mindfulness to the Clinical Application of Mind-regulation in Acupuncture

Abstract: Mind-regulation is an important part in acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, however, no clear implementation plan and evaluation criteria have been formed. The successful transformation of mindfulness provides a enlightenment for the clinical application of mind-regulation. This article uses MBSR therapy as a reference, synthesizing existing literature, from the two aspects:the doctor’s and the patient’s behavior in the whole process of treatment, to put forward the implementation way of mind-regulation in clinical practice, to provide the reference for the future research and clinical practice of mind-regulation, and to promote the standardization of clinical operation and the improvement of curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion.
