Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of comfort care intervention after cesarean section. Methods From May 2022 to May 2023, a total of 60 women admitted to Wuchuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine undergoing cesarean section were selected to carry out this clinical practice study, they were grouped by single and even number method, and after surgery, and 30 patients in each group, the observation group and the control group were given comfort nursing and routine nursing intervention, and the depression score, comfort score and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in maternal depression score and comfort score between the two groups(P>0.05), and after nursing, the maternal depression score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the maternal comfort score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the maternal nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comfort nursing intervention after cesarean section can achieve good results, which can not only effectively reduce the negative emotions of women, but also improve their comfort, thereby improving their nursing satisfaction.
