Abstract: Objective Exploring the effect of cloud follow-up on quality of life, pelvic floor function and patient satisfaction after total hysterectomy in patients of different income levels. Methods A total of 144 patients who underwent total hysterectomy from 1 January 2022 to 1 August 2022 were selected for the study, and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, and the patients in the observation group were divided into the high-income group and low-income group according to the different levels of income, patients in the control group were divided into high-income group and low-income group, and the control group was given routine discharge instructions and post-discharge telephone follow-up at the time of discharge. On the basis of the control group, cloud follow-up intervention was used to implement continuity of care. Compare the quality of life, pelvic floor function and patient satisfaction between the observation group and the control group, and between the high-income group and the low-income group 3 months after surgery. Results The quality of life and patient satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the pelvic floor function scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), with statistically significant differences, and the differences in the quality of life and pelvic floor function scores of the high-income group and the low-income group were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Cloud follow-up interventions play an important role in improving quality of life, pelvic floor function, and satisfaction in patients after total hysterectomy, and income level has no significant effect on patients' postoperative recovery.
