Overview of the Development and Research of Training Models for Robot Surgery Medical Personnel in China

Abstract: Robotic surgery can provide surgeons with more precise and minimally invasive options, so its treatment results are more precise. In recent years, the technology of robot-assisted endoscopy is becoming more and more mature, and the surgical methods are becoming more complicated and personalized. The education and training effect and current situation of robot-operated medical personnel are also worthy of discussion and research. At present, many hospitals or universities have set up robot surgery training courses to improve the practical and practical of relevant medical personnel, and attach importance to the assessment and safety supervision of relevant personnel skills, so as to further promote the development of robot technology. Based on this, this study summarized and analyzed the development and application status of the training mode of medical personnel in robotic surgery in China.
