Research and Practice on the Cultivation Model of Applied Medical Talents Based on the Integration of Industry and Education

Abstract: In the context of the new medical science, the cultivation of medical talents in applied universities is facing a disconnect from social production activities. Research and practice on the cultivation mode of applied medical talents at our university through consulting domestic and foreign references. In combination with the needs of social medical institutions and enterprises, application-oriented colleges and universities optimize talent training programs, adjust professional orientation, build an industry university integration model and evaluation system, build a "double qualified" teacher team, strengthen the construction of professional groups, optimize the curriculum system, establish industrial colleges, build a practice teaching base, build a smart teaching platform, and learn practice education platform. The results indicate that in the collaborative education of industry and education, applied universities can share social medical resources, improve the enthusiasm of medical students, enhance their clinical practice abilities, and cultivate applied medical talents suitable for social job needs.
