Abstract: How to correctly diagnose and treat plantar aponeurosis, improve and stabilize the curative effect, reduce the pain of patients is the focus of current medical research. Paying equal attention to muscle and bone is the core concept of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bone injury diseases. Its core is a penetrating portrayal of the concept of minimally invasive and non-invasive. It is a guideline for the relationship between bone and soft tissue in the human body, which has important guiding significance in clinical treatment. Under the guidance of this theory, modern clinic also carries out more comprehensive treatment for the disease. However, this theory is not supported by sufficient clinical evidence. According to the clinical characteristics of plantar aponeurosis, combined with the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine, we believe that the key pathogenesis of plantar aponeurosis is "bone dislocation, tendon out of groove, tendon bone disharmony". Based on this understanding, this paper attempts to explore a new way of diagnosis and treatment of plantar aponeurosis.
